| The primary consultant and CEO of ATV Safety Consulting is Ronald (Buck) Warfield. From 1985 to 1989 he was licensed as an ATV Rider Training Instructor. In 1989 he was elevated to position of Chief Instructor for the ATV industry. He has held that position from 1989 to the present. |

Mr. Warfield has assisted in managing and establishing the current curriculum for the Nation's leading ATV rider training organization. This organization has provide ATV rider education to more than 500,000 ATV users.
